Resident Report Card Survey: Now's the time for you to give us our grades for the quarter! Let us know how satisfied you are with our services so we can continue to improve.
General bug fixes and upgrades: We've crushed a number of small bugs and upgraded our infrastructure to give you a more stable app experience.

We've been hard at work developing some new features that we are excited to share with you:
Improved Maintenance and Support Request Tracking: We've completed a massive update to our Help Center, which now allows you to better track the status of your Maintenance and Support Requests. List of full feature improvements below:
- Detailed status tracking for Maintenance and Support requests on Help Center home page
- Flags for action required on Support requests
- Details and request status on the chat screen
- Overhauled details page with key information about the status of your Maintenance request, relevant photos, and the ability to see who else is on the request
- Key status change events and important notes are sent to you along the way to increase the visibility of your requests
We'll have some more exciting updates coming your way over the next couple of months as we look to improve the Maintenance and Support experience.
