Terrible
This app is very poor. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several,times as it goes into an endless “loading data” loop at the drop,of a hat. It needs serious attention. When it is working. It isn’t particularly useful.
Almost useless
Just finished a cruise. The app works well but is not updated. The menu would show up an hour before meal if at all. If there were changes in schedule they never made it to the app.
Rubbish
Can t sign-in on either my iPad or iPhone.
Is this app sposed to work?
Have struggled with this app since booking my cruise (for the last 6mths). It doesn’t load and then hangs.

I downloaded this app a couple months before my cruise, and it worked fine. Then about seven days before the cruise, the app was not operational. It would not log me in. I could login through my laptop, but not through my mobile device. Poor design and substandard

Useless
Have been trying for 3 weeks to link my cruise leaving in 2 days. Only error messages. Online messages are ignored.

Useless app whilst on board Le Boreal
App 🤔
Easier to go online and go to personal account.without worrying About the storage mb’s on the tablet/ phone/ laptop.especially with Ponant’s technical history.
No use on board
Currently on board Le Boreal. The app hasn’t been updated with menus since we embarked 3 weeks ago.
Now it need to be updated but we cannot update on board, so we cannot access anything. The App Store just sends us back to the app, which states it needs to be updated.
Ponant misses the fine details and this is a typical example of this issue.
