The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation continues to enhance Business Partner Account Management. The conversion to CWOPA (c-) accounts has been administered to (b-) accounts, allowing the Business Partners direct access to manage their own accounts within PennDOT. This version of the MCDocs app provides a method that allows (b-) users access to the app. In addition, helpful links on how to maintain their b-account such as forgot password, forgot username are available. If a business is not currently a PennDOT Business Partner, a direct link is available to complete that request.

Description of PennDOT
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Mobile Construction Documents (MCDocs) app provides easy access through a unified gateway to construction related documents from 3 disparate systems: the PennDOT Sharepoint site, the Electronic Construction Management System (ECMS) and the PennDOT Project Collaboration Center (PPCC). Users must log in to the app using their CWOPA and/or Business Partner (B-) credentials, view documents for their assigned projects in each of these systems and select those that they need to download onto their iPad. Once downloaded, the documents are available for offline viewing in remote construction areas where a data connection may not be reachable.
