:) won’t work doesn’t load once downloaded
Not working on iOS 15
The app is still not working on iOS 15. Please can you advise when an update is due as I’ve spent a lot of money on the welder and now can’t use it properly.

I’m finding the same problems as other users the app will not load and the company I bought from has zero customer service, orion.🥲
Doesn’t work
The app won’t even open. I deleted it and reloaded it. Nothing. I would not have bought this VERY expensive machine if I knew I had to operate the manual controls and be unable to be precise, which MANUAL turning does not allow!!!! Frustrated. DISGUSTED.
