After about 10mins I asked for a refund (I paid $55AUd) and they refused because I agreed to the ‘terms and conditions’ ….
Basically don’t let yourself be robbed.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY
8 months ago I CANCELLED my subscription through their link and I am STILL BEING CHARGED. I have been emailing back and forth for months only to have them tell me they sent a cancellation link 8months ago (duh!) and to click the link again! I had already gone through this process once but thought I’d do as they said and low and behold, I received an email saying I don’t have an account with them!
No effort to resolve or refund the additional $132 I have been charged since cancellation has been made at all. I’m furious, out of pocket and highly recommend you look elsewhere for a Keto app.

Do not even bother
I have disability and didn’t understand what I was signing up to as the site didn’t work properly hence I tried the app.
It is disappointing how you advertise to be helpful and easy simple to use but offer the opposite.
I for one will not advocate for you and I think it’s a disgrace that you have chosen this route and not done the correct thing but chosen to hide behind t&c no one reads!!!
I will find a better solution for Keto support and will encourage others to do the same. We are vulnerable people looking for help not to be taken advantage off.
