The app is fine, it’s just the password system they have set up. At least 3 times a month I’m locked out of my account because they are “unable to authorize my credentials” when I know with 100% certainty that I’m entering the correct user and password. Like ????? It’s so frustrating.niccowlie
Security question
I never got past the security question that I had never encountered. No way to ask for a different question. Had to give up and unable to log into my account.
Why not text a security code to my mobile phone?Pwkuz
