Incredibly disappointed, unethical practices
Absolutely disgusting, they literally have found a way to steal , but it’s “legal” because it’s classified as entertainment, but I’ve been playing this slot recently and realizing what a scam and fraud it is , you never ever hit a big one , despite coming dangerously close , you are fed crumbs until they clean you out. Have a large sum on money in my account, went to log in to place wagers and nothing works. After I login, the screen goes blank. Absolutely terrible Sportsbook. Get the confirmation text but nothing else. DO NOT deposit money here you will never get it back. Hope they get shut down.andredyl

I deposited $75 after downloading the app . Didn’t like it so I decided to withdrawl it . My money has been stuck in my account for a week. The first woman asked for a picture of my ID done . Secondly they asked for me to upload a picture of the front of my debit card done … I figured these are security checks for whatever reason then they ask me to upload a picture holding my id … ok ? They have my money kidnapped for weeks. Due to a phone number change I can’t receive login verification. Each customer service rep says they have limited resources and they will escalate the issue expect an email within 24-48 hours. It has been over 2 weeks. I have dealt probably close to ten customer service reps at this point tells me the same thing like they are robots. I have gotten so fed up I expressed I just want the menu out and I’ll gladly close the account and never look back. instead they deemed me an irresponsible gambler for demanding my money. Which is very far from the truth, creating another layer to this awful experience. Sketchy practices with promos
I was offered a $10 bonus bet for placing a $10 casino wager in my inbox. I was not able to claim the promotion so i reached out to support who had told me I had the promotion claimed on their end. I was not given a bonus bet after meeting the wager requirements and the support told me I have to claim it EVEN THOUGH I EXPLAINED I CANNOT AND SHE TOLD ME THEY SAW IT ON THEIR END AS CLAIMED.
