A good watch but
It’s a good Watch but when I try to set my custom one over the rose wallpaper on my watch it automatically sets back to the rose one for some reason someone tell me whyhunterupcroft23
There are some problems
I can’t use my own picture for the watch homepage. My own picture was only updated in my App, But my picture in the App can’t match the watch. So my picture can’t display on my watch.
Secondly, I can’t find the weather page in my watch, but I see it in the watch instrument and App.Xu Jing Yun
Kind of buggy
So I am giving this app 2 stars, but I would give my watch 4-5 stars… I have had them both now for about a year… my two major complaints with the app are it un-syncs and does not save my edited watch face… so when it has a synchronization problem I am not sure if the phone is updating the app or the watch, but either way everything goes back to default… This would not be so troublesome if it was once a month but it seems completely random sometimes I can go three or four days sometimes a week sometimes it happens 2-3 times a day. After this happens I always have to turn on my daily heart rate again, turn on other notifications because I like that feature, and I have to rebuild and re-update my watch face… I get the watch face thing is just my prerogative but I would think once you built it, it should stay… since it would appear that the app drives the watch the Settings should be pretty consistent and should not randomly default back to original unless there’s a major upgrade… overall I like the watch and the app does pretty good for most things that he’s capable of doing… The only reason I gave it to stars is because this is something that’s been happening for a year and the designers or programmers don’t seem to notice it…Show lessBac2thebasics
My sleep graph disappears in the mornings
Why does my sleep graph disappear? I see it on my watch all night but when I go to the app in the morning when I get up it’s gone! I depend on that. Today it was there and I was so happy, but when I looked again it was gone!
I just updated the app a couple of days ago but it didn’t help.
Please can you help?

I love this app and the watch the app helps me tell what percentage and it does every
Thing the watch does and I love that it helps you find the device and when I go to sleep I always check how long I go to sleep

Activation is poor
Overall, it is a good watch. My only issue is that its sensor isn’t good relative to how much you need to shake your wrist to wake it up (to see the time, etc). Most of the time I have to manually wake it up by pushing the button.TimeML
Very inaccurate data
This watch is only good for telling time. Steps just accumulate while I’m sitting. Each blood pressure reading is the same. Please don’t waste your money. I give this watch one star only because I like the many different faces for the watch. I don’t understand some of the features on the app and there was no manual to explain.
