The app has inconsistent screens. For example, if you use the menu to navigate to contacts, you can't add a contact. However, if you go to Customers, click on the Primary Contact then you can click the plus sign in the upper right to enter a contact. You can add an opportunity from the Opportunities in the menu, but not from the Opportunities tab in the customer. You can add an activity from the activities in the menu, but not from the opportunity or the customer. There are some beautifully designed elements like the Map of customers feature, but basic usability is terrible. I hope Infor fixes this app soon.
