New Features: - Navigation Update: New bottom navigation approach that puts the most important information in front of the customer. - Home Landing Customization: Now you can decide the order and which widgets should be presented on the home landing area in Fusion. - Threat Investigations: see all your details from your MDR services at Trustwave. See up to date details on your Security Incidents, Non Threatening and False Positive Threat Investigations that have been launched from our GTO Analyst team. Execute tasks and communicate with the Analyst through comments and chat. - Data Filtering: we have an improved our data filtering. You no longer have to go into a filter page and can filter directly from the data with your finger tips. - File Cabinet: you can now see all your files directly in the Fusion App. Filter and download all your files on your mobile device. - Reports: all of your reports that are generated in Fusion Web are not accessible from your mobile device. Filter and download reports directly in the Fusion App. - Banner Messages: all banner messages that appear in Fusion Web will not be visible in your Fusion App on your mobile device. We have also improved the performance and squashed bugs in the Fusion App.

  • A few issues

    I really don’t need to reregister the mobile device if I waiter more than 24 hours to log in. I’ve seen this on multiple devices and reported via account manager, but it doesn’t appear to be making it to the Dev team. When it does reregister, I don’t need a notification of a ‘new device’ when the device has been previously registered.

    Additionally, while trying to interact with an incident, reference links were provided in comments by analyst, and while I understand the value in it making them clickable, preventing me from selecting and copying text out of the incident makes the app pretty much useless.

  • Nice app but has login issue

    The app works great for monitoring tickets and assets. Unfortunately the app has trouble remembering the user info. When the app is forced closed or closed after a few hours, you have to login again and run through the app setup again.
