This app doesn’t work, won’t connect to my dashcam no matter how I try. And the worst part is they absolutely no support!!!!

Installed and connected via Wi-Fi then nothing, no download, no access, no video. Manual is horribly written. No explanation for any of the options. Returning and getting my Garmin that I should have purchased.Normh66

Since I purchase this camera the appp does not recognize the dash cam and not connected as well. Garbage and waste of money. Soon I return thisaposyed

Defective App
This app does nothing except for occupying space in the iPhone. It should be removed. Is this app spyware/malware?
For the correct app, go into your GEKO Orbit settings and scroll down to the app download QR code menu item. Then take a photo of the QR code and it will tell your iPhone to redirect to the correct app.Show lessaTruckDriver

After so many complaints of device not working at all why nothing happens? What company is this?? While it connects to device and can see the content, cannot play or download any.Dalidoso

Please fix this
I can connect to my camera, but then I can’t download any of the videos. I have tried to download them, it goes through the percent complete downloaded bar, and then nothing happens. It isn’t downloaded anywhere. I kept trying and yeah, the videos I tried to download are nowhere to be found. Also doesn’t connect to the live video. Just shows a black screen. Please fix this. We need to be able to download videos right away so they aren’t overwritten before we have time to take it from the SD card.Show lessSoccerkidck
