When I log out the app did not recognise my username to log in therefore I cannot log in this is in the premium subscription, I searched for help there is help window

Can’t even log in
Paid the £17.99 subscription as thought this would be a great tool for my business. Could never have it on my work iPad, wouldn’t recognise I’ve paid the subscription to have more than one fridge. Now it won’t even let me log in!!!
