Paid for VIP Cannot Login No Customer Service Response
After a few days of purchasing VIP, I can no longer login. I linked both my phone number and WeChat, and now I cannot login with either. I keep getting a message that data is corrupted when I try to login. I tried contacting the customer support, which is a WeChat account that requires friend request to send a message. The person never accepted the request so I cannot get any customer support at all.
