Scheduling interface needs a massive overhaul
Instead of you or the office proposing new times for the day you want, you have to decline and start the whole scheduling process over again. Need to show available times for days available for appointments to select from instead of requesting a generic time of day (morning, late morning, etc). Would be easier just to call the office to schedule an appointment.
