False advertisement of free trial
They were advertising a free trial but instead charged me the same date. This company rarely responders to emails. I sent several emails of screenshots showing their website doesn’t acknowledge a subscription for me. Instead they continued to charge my card, twice in the month of July 2023 and even after proving I don’t have a subscription. This company is a fraud and I have reported the consumer fraud I experienced to the FTC and Attorney General office in my state. The app is great when it actually works. When I was using it like two months ago it was working great and I enjoyed it. I used it basically every day. But recently the app doesn’t even open when I click it. Like I click the app and for maybe a millisecond it goes to a black creek and then back to the home screen so idk. But I uninstalled it and reinstalled it like 5 times on different occasions. Other than what it’s doing right now, the app is great when it works like I saidShow lessKYDBR

App Does not work
The app has not worked in at least 3 months. When I click on the app it opens for a second and then closes right up. Ive restarted my phone, visited the app store for updates but it still doesn't work. I have even emailed URL app support and sent them a message on Instagram and all outreach has been ignored.. Cant Even Login SMH
paying money for this app and i cant login using google...therefore i cant login. but you wait theres more. then when i try to log in using the website on google chrome it allows me to login but then it doesnt work watching battles on that browser. but wait theres more. when i switch to safari, a supported browser, battles barely will load up and the website crashes at least once every time you load up a page. just be professionals and fix this. something tells me ARP and RBE would have been got it togetherShow lessyerboynotsimpin
Not functional
The app does not open at all. The load screen never transitions to the Home Page. There have been a few reviews saying the same thing - there has been no update. WHEN THE APP WAS FUNCTIONAL, 2 MONTHS AGO: App cannot be used while sending text messages or writing notes. The screen lags when tapping the screen for the play/pause, rewind, and fast forward buttons. When you watch a full battle, the screen turns a pale gray color, you cannot use the white buttons on screen to vote on battles, comment or return to the homepage to watch another battle.Show lessImABlackPoem
Crashing
I’ve been an App gang member for a little over 6 months now and these past 2 months I haven’t been able to access the app. When I click the app it crashes immediately but they have been taking my payments. I tried contacting support but the page goes blank when attempting . I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times but still nothing. Spend money on a dev team man
When the app updates why do I have to delete and reinstall that’s crazy. Lose all my off lines and favorites
- search algorithm is cooked. If I search an artist why is their profile not the first thing that comes up. I see 2 on two battles first most the time

I have the same problem. I thought maybe it needed to be updated (it did) but same issue. Opens to url banner then cuts back to my Home Screen. I deleted and reinstalled twice also but no help.Fuu.wop
