The app just doesn’t work anymore on my iPhone. You can’t open any links. This makes it completely useless.tsusla

All the things I actually need to access doesn’t load. The app has improved on finding things but I think it’s always behind when Apple updates.Babyruth80
App Not Practical for iPhones
The app is good for accessing information from the NRLCA, but it will not load after a big announcement like it gets bogged down. App will constantly kick out and have to relog in. PDF’s are not able to be printed, downloaded, and emailed from the phone. The app seems incomplete as several functions do not respond or the sidebar being blank. It is a terrible attempt to make the website into an app format.Show lessHoumes

Can’t open any of the SRG on iPhone 13 but it will open on my home computer. Can you please fix this. It started doing this a couple months ago. Have deleted app and reinstalled it, but still doesn’t work.tam wic

This app is so bad just like everything else to do with USPS. Most of the quick links built into the app are literally invisible so you can’t see what the heck you’re clicking on. Interface is absolutely horrendous. This app might get worse support than we do as rural carriers and that’s really saying something.Show lesshumblebagel

Anytime it sends a notification I try to click it, and it sends me to the app, with a blank screen that never loads.JTH6197
