This app is complete GARBAGE! It’ll waste an hour of your time and when you get to the part where you have to “shoot a duck with your finger”, it doesn’t work. And you can’t move forward unless it works. I had to call and sit on hold for 15 minutes to “request” a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

So sorry to hear you struggled to pass through the "leading a target" challenge activity! It is a tricky one. Our data show it is in the top 3 of most challenging activities. We try to simulate the real world experience as much as possible, and you'll have to trust us that the activity does work without an issue if the student properly leads the target. That is when it takes me to the website to login and then after i login, it just takes me back to the app and doesn’t let me print my certificate and there are no help options for costumer services.
Update: I was taken to customer support and they said that you have to use google chrome on a computer to get your certificate. Once I did this it worked. Amazing app.

Thanks for the 4-star review! The temporary certificate you earned is valid for 1 year and you should receive your permanent card in the mail in 4-6 weeks. Happy hunting!Probably one of the only reviews I’ve ever left in my entire life, but after seeing the 2.9 star rating and being worried sick I wouldn’t be able to get a hunting license within the same day, (which I sorely needed) this app saved my rear-end. Takes you back to the website and makes you re-login. Once re-logged in on the website, cannot find where to download the on-line certificate.
Paid extra to get huntwise app. and does not explain how to get the credit for paying extra.

Apologies for the confusion. The certificate is not provided by the app but is available on your Dashboard on the website. Just go to https://www.ilearntohunt.com/login/ and login using your credentials. Then you'll see the link to "download certificate." If you get stuck, just call customer service 1-844-300-1429 and they'll fix you up right away! Happy hunting!Even though everything was completed on the app when I go to take the final exam it takes me to a Safari screen, then says I have to use the app. Then I go back into the app and rinse and repeat 🙄

Sorry for the confusion. The final exam is NOT hosted in the app but in our LMS on our website. Just go to https://www.ilearntohunt.com/site/login/ with your username/password and it will take you do your the final exam. Also you can access your Dashboard where you can print your temporary certificate. If you get stuck, just call customer support at 1-844-300-1429. So sorry for the inconvenience. We are experiencing a temporary issue with the system that generates the certificates. (This system is not part of the app itself.) Please call Customer Service for help getting your cert. 1-844-300-1429I paid for the whole course and completed it but when I went to take the exam when it took me to the website it asked for me to pay for a plan after completing the whole course already.
