Amazing
What’s missing from Greece! You can have your ticket on your phone (ta-da!) and track your trip/ferry (hallelujah)! Very user friendly AND they accept AMEX.
Buggy? Poor service? Both?
The more recent updates have been full of obvious bugs such as bookings disappearing and more recently support tickets just vanishing from the account. I’ve created 4 tickets to request a cancellation and refund and although a couple lasted long enough to get a response (and agreement to cancel and refund), all 4 eventually vanished randomly without any explanation or feedback. Leaves me wondering if it’s a person making the support ticket disappear (to preserve revenue) or whether the app has bugs causing the support tickets to disappear. Also, the message input on support tickets misses spellcheck and correction options on the iPhone. All in all, a poor experience. May have to get a chargeback from my credit card provider if this continues longer.

Freaking amaaaaziiinggg!!!
While everyone was panicking that maybe they missed the boat or that it was super late and they’d be back late or that it wasn’t even coming, i knew, through live tracking, specifically how far away the ship was and how long it would take for it to arrive and for us to reach our destination. Amazing, felt like a genius in a room full of lost kids. Would recommend

I tried about 4 times to get this to work putting my office email address in. The app kept telling me “your email doesn’t exist. Please check the spelling “ I tried again with another company email address in a different host. This time it timed out. Finally I used a gmail address and that worked.

Nisea fills a long-standing hole in booking ferries for the Greek islands. It brings ease to the process and eliminates waiting in long lines at the port. Not only is it beautifully designed, but it’s functionality is super helpful especially the ferry tracking feature.
