I can’t sign up email for newsletter or allow notifications I press and nothing happens
I purchased the upgrade
And it doesn’t work. It keeps prompting me to upgrade again, but obviously won’t work because it’s already been upgraded. So it just won’t unlock the paid features. So it just takes your money and doesn’t deliver.
New oils missing
I have just taken stock of my oils and I have about 10 oils that doesn’t come up on the list. It would be awesome to update the list when new oils comes out for example Hinoki, lemon eucalyptus, lemon myrtle and Summer Savory.
Update required
It is a good app to be able to keep track of what oils you have but it’s outdated. I have many oils that aren’t listed. Like Basil.

Very disappointed!
I wish I would’ve read the reviews first before I paid for a year subscription. This app is not even updated and is missing a lot of oils. They don’t even have an inventory list of their Personal Care products, Supplements and Vitamins. To me this was a total waste of money. Plus it doesn’t sync to other devices. I want my money back!

Ok but could be better
I would give the free part of this app 5 stars IF they had all the oils listed. Would really love to see them add all so you could put them in your inventory or on your wish list. I was hoping for 1 place to list all my oils but this is just not the case with this app. Many popular oils are not even on the list here....sad... hope they update soon with the rest of the list.... this COULD be a great site....

Missing some oils
I have Basil, Citronella, Clementine, Green Mandarin, Kumquat and Red Mandarin. None of these are included in the oil list.
Was ok, but...
I liked the app because it had a lot to offer (personal oil inventory, wish list, usages, etc). I decided to upgrade to the paid version to get access to the recipes. As soon as I paid for the upgrade (monthly only, thankfully) it stopped working. At best it takes forever to load every time I open the app (and when I say forever I mean like more than 5 min). In addition, all the info I had entered before was gone. I want to like this app again, but it need a lot of improvements.

WHY DID I PURCHASE THIS?
I was excited about this app and happily purchased. Little did i realize it didn’t work. It’s fine to look at the oils & recipes but you can’t copy these to your favorites without writing it down first
then rewriting on the favorites page. This should be fixed so
you can use the app it should be easy to move between
screens.

Very Disappointing , sorry
I was so excited to find this , I recently signed up as a Doterra wholesale customer. I assumed there was an app included but no. Found this, you can only look up an ailment, etc.. but you CAN NOT see what oils are recommended to use for it!! aka their ‘ recipe’ Only if I pay $30 more dollars ( I just paid an awful lot buying a kit to get started ) & now they want even more $. Sadly its also true that each day’s suggested’ recipe ‘ also can not be fully read ? DoTerra should include full use , especially if you’re already signed as a consultant . 🤦🏼♀️
