איפה דפי? נועד ליצירת מיפוי שיתופי-חברתי של כל מכשירי הדפיברילטור בארץ. באיפה דפי? כל משתמש יכול לשתף מיקום של דפיברילטור ציבורי וכך, גם שירותי ההצלה וכל אדם אחר יוכלו למצוא אותו בעת חירום. במקרה של אירוע האפליקציה תוציא את המשתמש לניווט למכשיר הקרוב.
במדינת ישראל נפטרים מעל 3,000 אנשים בשנה מאירוע לבבי אשר מהווה את גורם התמותה השני במדינה.
בזמן הפרעת קצב לב הזמן הוא הגורם הקריטי והטיפול המיידי היחידי באירוע לב קטלני הוא מתן שוק חשמלי ממכשיר דפיברילטור. לעיתים, כוחות ההצלה מגיעים מספיק מהר - לכן חוקקה המדינה חוק המחייב הצבת מכשיר דפיברילטור בכל מקום ציבורי הומה אדם. עם זאת, המודעות הציבורית לאופן השימוש ולמיקום הדפיברילטור הקרוב אינה נרחבת מספיק.
