Changed sign-in workflow. Added drag and drop reordering of player numbers. Added draw reordering to allow matching of paper draws. Reworked creating a club to remove Administrators tile and put that information at the top. Fix problems with saving player positions. Fix Game Venues clearing when going to the next round.
