Your description should be clear and conspicuous when it comes to informing people that app does NOT convert over 20 pages.
In my particular case, it won’t even convert a 14 page document. I would like my $2.99 refunded ASAP. Otherwise I plan on doing a chargeback from my credit card provider.

In description has said about limit 20 pages because many pages will take many times to convert to word, you can contact to apple to get refund itScam

Sorry about it. As said convert large pdf to word is so heavy for my server. We wrote in description of app too
