Terrible sign up process
Most painful registration and sign up process. Gave up after waiting and trying several times. Doesn’t support Apple Pay or PayPal, have to enter card details manually which is also a headache when standing on the side of the road trying to rent a scooter…mokpokpok

Awful performance and awful support
Totally frustrating experience with this app. Map doesn’t work as it should, leads to extra expenses. Support isn’t really helpful, now so many scooters around. Terrible.АртёмМинск
