Reviews of MyNuvanceHealth/Blue

  • Useless

I’m looking for my doctor by the zip code to get the office phone in Norwalk, CT; the app give me an office in Westport, CT. It’s better to use google. The same for appointments, you only get a Tele appointment, you must call. This app is horrible.
  • Poor.

The app is really hard to negotiate because it really just interfaces with the website. Menu names are obscure—what is a visit summary versus clinical document? It’s impossible to export data. You can’t track your data (weight, CBC, BP, etc) overtime. Appointments are hard to track because you just get a long list in chronological order. For someone with a lot of appointments, that is not helpful. You used to be able to export appointments to a calendar app, but not anymore. Also the messaging system they use is absurd. The user has to select from a drop down menu that seems to list EVERY provider in the system. My understanding is greedy Nuvance went with this app/model so they could profit from it, rather than by using a system that works and is useful to patients.
