An experience designed to lift cares from your shoulders and make those shoulders stronger. If you are a first-timer, we have gentle introductory classes for absolute beginners. If you are looking for a more intense body workout — where you can tone every muscle, burn fat and sweat we have challenging classes, too. (Plus, we have incredible Candlelight Yoga classes for everyone in the evening.) Most people begin to see and feel improvement in their flexibility, strength and stress levels after only a few of our classes.
