Bad costumer service
Cant use the phone while app running.
Whoever designed this should be fired. You can t use the app while driving, can’t call or use other apps like map or receive txt. Who developed /designed it clearly does not drive or understand the process. If it’s meant to have its own dedicated device.... there are plenty ELD companies offer same solutions without interruption to your day to day use on same device.

great ELD, works great, and doesn't waste time ... the only thing is that it can't be turned vertically, and maybe it should be visually nicer gray and white are monotonous. Maybe blue and white or something in that sense

UX issues
The app only works in one orientation. If you wanna use your tablet the other side, the app stays upside down. In dark mode, it is hard to see read time and other stuff.
Would be better if there was a button to switch the cities between “from” and “to”.

This app only works on vertical way not on horizontal and looks little bit pain in the ... for phone users
