We have used this application and the CPT vest for three years sometimes it worked really well with sinking, but the last three weeks it has not worked at all. I reached out to customer service at their given email four times asking for guidance and help so I can sync my daughters medical treatments. I’ve gotten zero reply. I rely on this information as to provide to my daughters pulmonologist as she has a rare disease and right now this is not being uploaded.
