Description of RETTERAlarm

*** The app can only be used with a free registration at retteralarm.de! *** No matter if fire brigade, rescue service, THW or other aid organisations. The problem of area-wide alerting still exists, because not everyone has a radio alarm or always has it at hand. RETTERAlarm is the successor to the well-known ALARM! EINSATZ! APP, which has enabled manual alarms since 2012. Our solution: We use existing technology that everyone has in their pocket these days: The mobile phone. The app makes it possible to reliably alert emergency forces in groups or individually. Users can be alerted either by SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp or push. The alert is sent encrypted by the system to the mobile phone. Of course, this can be selected individually for each emergency worker. You will never miss an alert again. The app can also be used to send feedback directly to our system as to whether you will be deployed or not. In this way, it is possible to plan in advance which task forces, with special functions, will be available or not. Core functions: - Free alerting via push, WhatsApp and e-mail (SMS chargeable). - Direct feedback possible via the app - GPS location of the mobile phone to calculate the approximate time of arrival at the fire station - Availability planning via a calendar function - Deployment statistics and deployment overview - Integrated encrypted operation chat for communication with all alarmed forces - Special operation chat for the command service and the on-site operations manager - Global alarm function for managers - You can choose from a selection of approximately 20 alarm tones - Different alarm tones for different alarms / loops - Navigation to the scene can be displayed directly from the app - Quick overview of operations - Control centre connection - Quick development of customer requirements - In-app profile management - Basic and Pro version with even more functions! As a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) provider, we host our product in compliance with data protection laws in certified German data centres.
