The problem of area-wide alerting still exists, because not everyone has a radio alarm or always has it at hand. RETTERAlarm is the successor to the well-known ALARM! EINSATZ! APP, which has enabled manual alarms since 2012. Our solution: We use existing technology that everyone has in their pocket these days: The mobile phone. The app makes it possible to reliably alert emergency forces in groups or individually. Users can be alerted either by SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp or push. The alert is sent encrypted by the system to the mobile phone. Of course, this can be selected individually for each emergency worker. You will never miss an alert again. The app can also be used to send feedback directly to our system as to whether you will be deployed or not. In this way, it is possible to plan in advance which task forces, with special functions, will be available or not.
