Works as promised

To make it even better I wish there was a way to enter words to ignore. If any change includes those words then it can be ignored.

Excellent Free website checker

Great that it’s not cloud based! I regularly check several websites multiple times a day. This tool is super easy to use. I wish more apps were this simple.

Thank you very much for your feedback!

Not cloud based

Only checks for changes when you open the app. Entirely useless.

Response from developer

Hi! The idea was in a standalone app not tied to any clouds. I'm very sorry that you didn't like it but for many people app turned out to be useful (and for myself of course).

Does not work with cellular data, only un WIFI mode.

Hi! Very strange. You are the first to report it. I myself have never had such a problem too. I'll try to find out something about it, because I can't even check it out. Everything works with both Wi-Fi and cellular communication equally.

Does not work

Not sure how frequently it is checking for changes but not getting any notifications

Response from developer

The app definitely works because I use it myself every day with different sites. Unfortunately, not all websites can be checked for updates, but this is quite rare (usually these are sites that have some specific active elements), I am very sorry that the site that you tried, fell into this number. The minimum time to check for updates is 1 hour (see the reminder settings). To make sure that the application really works, you can add, for example, the Washington Post website. If it still does not work, write me an e-mail sites.watcher.supp@gmail.com (the letter can be sent from the corresponding item in the application settings).

Does not work

This does not work as it’s designed to. The only thing nice is it puts all the websites I would like to check in a list for me to do manually. The issue is that it does not pull up the “old” correctly and thus only the “internet” tab shows the actual page. I really wanted to like this but it just doesn’t work right.

Response from developer

Thanks for your feedback! Because of some sites have a lot of active elements and java scripts, previously downloaded version (without them) is shown incorrectly. In most cases, the application finds changes on web pages and shows them.

I like it

I like it. I’d love it if I could get it to show up on my iPad pro 12 in landscape so I can use my keyboard and quickly add new urls. As it is I have to type it from my phone or look at it sideways. Also, I bought it because I was impressed with how it works on my iPhone 7 Plus and thought I’d just import it via email on my iPad Pro, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do that after looking at the developer’s instructions. 5 stars for sure once that’s fixed. As it is I can’t quite use the app like I had hoped.

I've updated the app and fixed a problem with restoring from email attachment that occurred in iOS13. Please try now to create and send to mail a new backup, and then restore it to another device. If you have any problems you can write me an email sites.watcher.supp@gmail.com. Thanks for using app.
