Intuitive and doesn’t feel like a chore

I think there’s a lot of value to tracking your mood to notice trends, triggers, people, and influences that collectively affect one’s mood. I’ve tried about three other mood tracker/journaling apps and this has been the only one I actually look forward to using and it doesn’t feel like a chore. The customization is incredible and sensible. User friendly too! I seems so thoughtfully created to almost where I feel like it was made for me. I am currently on the free version and am approaching it as a build as you go as far as adding new emotion reactions and people experiences. I don’t feel the need to have it perfected all at once. Super happy and excited to have found this app. I’ve already recommended it to friend because of how much I’ve enjoyed using it.

Amazing

Been using this app for more than 4 years - it’s amazing!

Best mood tracking app

Free version is very helpful and has no ads. You don’t have to sign up for free trial or enter excessive personal info. Useful insights into mood, sleep, and activities. I’ve tried many mood or symptom tracking apps and this one is by far the best I’ve encountered.

Ok

This app is good in terms of content but it keeps crashing and freezing. Think I’ll stick to the free version.

Wonderful app

I love how simple it is to track my day, but I would like the ability to track sleep first thing in the morning without having to give a rating.

Fab- but one suggestion!

Super easy to use. not much more too it! Just wish you could have .5 ratings on moods is all! everything else is superb :))

Great App

I purchased this app while trying to journal as a direction from my counselor. I’ve never been 1 to share my feelings and I find this app very useful to list how I feel.

The insights tab is great to see any of the progress or regression through the day, week or even month.

Best tracking app I’ve used

I’ve never written a review for an app before but I absolutely love this app. The paid version to look at correlations has been so helpful. I do wish there was a couple more options like tracking diet (I’m aware this isn’t helpful for everyone but you can turn off the option); even if this is just a red/yellow/green or a score out of 5. I feel like that’s the only other main thing that’s known to affect your mood so would be helpful to see the correlation. If this could be added then I’d be so happy.

Good but expensive, superior analytics but slight logging annoyances

It’s a good mood journal app that does have some unique features that make it stand out against others. I particularly like the gradient graphics in the calendar view that show mood over time per day at a glance.

I would say that the activities section when you go to log your mood is quite cumbersome. There’s a limited amount of icons to choose from and you have to use an icon which makes creating activities annoying as you have to use incorrect icons that are left over. There’s also no way to categorise your activities so if you have a lot, it’s pretty cumbersome to navigate through them all.

For an app that’s on the more expensive side when it comes to mood apps, it really needs to improve the login experience especially with activities. Having said that I would probably still use the app if I could afford to, as I find it has the best analytics of any others on the market.

Excellent

Really well put together app. The layout is very nice and there are a lot of options. I did have problems at first but a huge thank you to the dev for taking time and really helping me sort it out. In my opinion this app is worth the subscription and am glad it's now working for me. Look forward to adding entries.
