Great App

Great basic app for IF timing at a very modest cost.

Easy to use

I gave up on fasting before since I couldn’t keep track of when I last started or stopped eating. This app is simple and easy to use. It has features that are helpful and customizable depending on what you’re looking to do.

So far so good!

So far haven’t asked me to pay anything so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It’s pretty straightforward, put in your fast times and shows cals burned and a status bar. I love how simple it is and easy! No extra junk.

Very poor design

I didn’t have good experience. It’s not use friendly, very confusing. The app is once payment but with no upgrade. There is no notification function. I found it’s very difficult to use.

Not intuitive. Bad visual for time fasting.

I was in search for Fasting Apps. After looking for some websites they recommended 4. This was one of them.

I installed the four apps. After a week of fasting I could already decide for the low runner. Which one would be deleted. This one was the chosen one. Why? Here are the reasons:
1. Page that show the progress is sloppy. You can barely read it. It shows in very small letters Time fasted, calories burned (useless since it is a mere calculation), weight loss.
2. Second page is a kind of diary. A blank page. Useless
3. Third. The personal page. A list of settings. Nothing fancy.
In summary. It is hard to read. Not friendly. You cannot control the period of fasting like the best app does.
I won’t write the name of the other better apps. It is unfair for this app review.
Don’t bother downloading.

Great but missing widget

Love the app, super easy to start using, clean, no bs but it would be awesome to have a widget for my phone.

Easy to use, accurate info

I cross compared the calories burned (exercise excluded) and they added up, the app is easy to use, simple pleasing design and overall happy to have it.

Purchased lifetime subscription

I’m loving this app. It lets me journal my plans for each fast and I can edit my text as I go along each day. This info will be very useful to me when I need to look back at what I was doing. For instance... if I plan a 20:4 fast... I can journal my foods and my emotions etc., so I can see where I succeeded and where I stumbled. Plus it keeps me accountable... I like seeing how far into the fast I’ve gotten. It spurs me on to keep going and not give in. I can also easily see how much weight I’ve lost and that is a motivator too. All that info, plus more, is posted right on the fasting timer page, so i don’t need to search for it. I can also adjust the starting time of my fast going backward, if I happened to forget to post it in real time (that feature may be in the premium version only tho). The premium subscription fee is far less than other apps, so I bought the lifetime version. Also, it doesn’t force u to choose a preset intermittent fast... like 16:8 or 5:2... so u do have to determine your own fast and calculate your time frame as u begin ur fast. That works perfectly for me, because I don’t want to be locked into the fasting choices that other apps force u into.

Highly Recommend

I was looking for a basic app to track my hours fasted and occasionally record my weight and this app is perfect!

Cool tracker

Love the weight loss tracker as well. Only complaint is that even when using regularly, I have to often log in again, no biggie just a slight hassle.
