    Make excuses for not doing their part. Then they blame everyone but themselves.
  • Poorly developed

    Work needed on app as phone number verification system (pretty much standard in any online verification process) doesn’t work so unable to even set up an account.
  • Great - but could be better

    This app is amazing to help keep track of expenses to be shared. In one east place you can enter and expense (with details including % for each parent), take a photo of receipt and easily print reports that can be shared with co-parent, lawyer, etc

    BUT - could be much improved with some adjustments. 1. You should be able to edit an expense after entered (currently not an option) and 2. Reports only print out out cumulatively (would be good to be able to print out a report for a specific month)

  • Easy, convenient and documented

    So happy I found this app! Now I can get reimbursed for all payments related to shared expenses so easily. Upload the receipt and it’s done. Now my co-parent and I are on the same page without chasing each other down.

    Great app for my ex and I to communicate expenses that are not covered by child support. It also helps me keep a log quickly and efficiently . HIGHLY RECOMMEND
  • Coparenting expenses done easy!

    The app has not only helped in tracking/ sending/receiving payments easy peasy between my EX, removing the need to follow up directly. This is what is the beauty of it, removing the need to send an email or answer questions on balance etc. The other parent can dispute an expense if they do not agree, PLUS make the payment through the app and I receive it in my bank account! This has improved my co-parent relationship tremendously sly!

  • Can’t even get started!

    Created an account on laptop, but the app didn’t recognize it and gave an error when I tried to change password. Tried to create new account and said my email was already used (but can’t login to it)!
    So signed up with different email in app, but couldn’t get past the “agree to terms” page - I checked box but there was nothing else on screen to move forward or backward. Stuck again!
    Considering this is an app-only platform that would manage my bank and financial info, this is an awful indicator of their capability and reliability.

  • Do Not Use

    Unfortunately there is no zero star rating which is why I have given this one star. I have had a terrible experience using this app and service. First, there is no mention of a trial period that is followed by a subscription until AFTER you sign up and input all of your information, including your bank information. Second, it is not ‘real time’ transactions meaning it does not hold your money in an account that you can make transactions like Venmo or PayPal. Third, it can take a week or more for your money to show up in your bank account. Fourth, customer service is terrible. Responses received were dismissive and flippant. Last, their phone number is bogus. The line will ring and ring until it is picked up by a nondescript voicemail and nobody will ever call you back. Do yourself a favor and save yourselves headaches and worry by skipping this app and service all together.
