The app wouldn’t let me set up a keystore or a password
When I set up my wallet on my iPhone 11, it didn’t give me an opportunity to create a keystore or a password. All it gave me was the mnemonic phrase and I was able to create a 6 digit PIN. Am I missing something?GregoryDavid
Your wallet showing zero balance?
Don’t panic, it’s a glitch of some kind on Theta’s end. Go to their official site and use their web wallet. In the mean time go to explorer thetatoken, do a search. Here you can put in your public address and see your balance is still there. With that said..

I obtained my tokens before 2019 and sent them to the wallet I created here last night. I do not see them in my wallet what can I do??svettelxc
Can’t change wallet address. Support not responding.
My mnemonic code for my original account worked intermittently when accessing my account through the website so I created a NEW wallet.
After transferring tokens to my new wallet address, I deleted the app off my iPhone. When I tried to reinstall the app, my only option is OPEN. When I OPEN there is no option to change the address associated with the wallet!
I’ve emailed Support. They responded after my initial email. I replied with some answers. They haven’t responded to several requests for a follow up response. ?!?

PANIC
I feel sick right now, just opened my Theta Wallet to find my Theta and Tfuel at TOTAL ZERO, no transactions listed, nothing. I had ~236 Theta tokens and ~1700 Tfuel and it is gone! What do I do?
