Didn’t Refund Me and Insulted Me Multiple Times
Ordered something through Grabull and immediately got a call that I was outside their delivery range. I asked them to cancel the order and the restaurant I ordered from called me expecting me to pick it up. I called and emailed Grabull multiple times. I never got a refund and their customer support shouted at me and told me I had an “understanding problem.” Eventually I outsourced the refund request to my bank. Do yourself a favor and never order through them.gbitw
