The app stopped opening. Worked good for a few months, now won’t start. Help!!hjjtfhhi

The app itself is ok, the data is garbage. For 3 the last 3 monthsm we have no accurate data. The production each day on the inverter display itself is fine, but the app then shows a massive production spike at the end of the day - whilst it’s dark - to the extent that the daily total 5 or 6 x more than reality. The numbers are being rolled up cumulatively or something like that somewhere in the host server. A similar thing happened 3 or 4 years ago when they last ‘updated’ their portal but at least then old and new ran in parallel until they fixed it. Previously accurate months are also missing data since their systems update. Can no longer recommend Kostal to friends and neighbours.Show lessPolemi Ian

An nice app with lots of useful information, however some bugs still.
I use the app with Plenticore 10. The app gives a nice graphical view of used power for the whole house. And with an overlay of how much was coming from solar and how much was coming from the grid. It also has a live data page that shows instantaneous production and usage of the house vs grid purchase. This would have been very nice if the information actually was up to date. Many times this information is almost a day behind and therefore not very useful.
There is also two icons showing heat pump usage if you have one installed and EV usage. However these are not actual usage. Just estimates on how much you could save. Why not integrate this in the costal smart energy meter?
The last thing that I deducted a star for is the app requires login all to often even though I select the “remember me” option.
All in all a good app but needs a few improvements to become perfect.Show lessboris-the-blade
