Easy to use!
I use this app to have my coaching sessions and I find it very simple, straight forward, and easy to use!
Ezra Coaching... love it!
The Ezra Coaching App is amazingly simple to use wherever you are: home, the car, the office, on a walk, with a coffee at a café. The interface is great (as long as you have a reasonably strong Wi-Fi connection, or mobile data) and the quality and diversity of the coaches is fantastic. The App is simple to use and very intuitive, first in reviewing Coach Bios and then for scheduling and dialling in for your session. Seamless! Covid has permanently changed the world of work. Coaching “on the go” and “from anywhere” makes the support of coaching that much easier!

Game changer
When my employer gave me a coach through Ezra I wasn’t particularly interested and thought it would just be one more thing for me to fit into my weekly schedule. Boy was I wrong. Since my first session with my coach Kate I’ve found the whole experience to be genuinely game changing for me:
My prioritisation has improved, I’m more decisive, and I’ve found that I’ve been much better equipped to deal with the unique pressures of working through a global pandemic. I just hope we continue to have access to coaching going forward as I see it as being really beneficial to our company culture.
