So much more functionality!
When we converted to HSACentral we didn’t have online banking. Now that we do it’s awesome! Even have the ability to invest excess funds right in the app!

Nice app, continues to improve. I think it’s pretty cool I can scan while at the store to see if an item is eligible. I also like that I can invest some of my funds. Thanks!
Great way to keep my family’s health expenses organized.
The HSA Central app so helpful when it comes to organizing the health expenses of my family. I can pay medical expenses with my debit card and then upload a picture of the receipt. If I’m in Target and want to double check if an item is eligible for HSA reimbursement, I can scan the item in the app and see right away. I can invest any excess funds for future medical expenses too!

Major issues
The log in never works correctly. You’re required to answer security questions every time, which the app doesn’t accept and makes it pointless. I’ve deleted the app out of frustration and now log in through the internet (which has too many steps for verification). I understand that multi factor authentication is secure, it’s just not implemented efficiently/effectively in this case.

It’s awful
The app constantly deletes my saved finger print and password. When I try to manually type the password it, it tells me each time I’m wrong. When I go online to change my password, there is always an error. The app and online website won’t let me change my password. This is extremely annoying when I use it to keep track of my medical funds!

Please fix this app!
The problems with this app as outlined previously are unchanged: load the app once and it works properly. Return to it again and the only way it functions is if you delete it, then reinstall it and log in. Then, it works once only. When opening this account a year ago I was encouraged to use the app rather than the website. Now it appears the problem is completely being ignored.

Have to re-download every time
This app needs to be fixed, I have to re-download every time I need to log in which is a pain!
Not taking biometric features
Like other reviewers, I cannot get this app to save my biometric features. It works once, and then I have to delete the app to log back in. If I don’t delete the app, it asks me to choose 3 security questions, which aren’t accepted anyway! So frustrating.
Log In issues
Every time I try to log into the app it won’t take my biometric features ... then when I try to log into the app using my username/password it always come up to answer the security questions ... which is a list of like 10 question ... none of them are ones I have set up! I then delete the app, download again, and it works ... only once!

I’ve never been able to log in
It’s seemingly a different user base than the website. I can log into the website just fine.
