Love the App, Angels and Apparel
The app is so easy to use and now you can get the live sales in real time through the app. I love that when you click on the picture in the live sale that you can see all the other items that have been showed while you have been in the sale. The only thing is sometimes I am a little late to the live so it would be nice to see the items that were shown before I logged on. It will not show them unless you are on the sale and stay on. The same when you get kicked off everything you have already shown is gone. One other thing when you click on the model pics for bottoms it is hard to see the picture because of the product banner, so maybe when you get tot the model pics like on the website the banner isn’t t there. Easy to use!
I love the JJRae app!! It’s so easy to use! I am usually shopping the app for a specific item and the keyword search feature makes it so much faster. Bad experience with no help
I bought a pair of shoes on June 9. It took about a week for them to be delivered. On Thursday September 5, I went to put them on and the soles had cracked all the way through to the cloth underside of the shoe. One was completely through and the other showed a crack in the same location. I contacted JJRae directly with my concern and asked if there was anything they could do. Their response was disappointing, as they said since it had been almost three months since the purchase, they would not be able to accept them as a return. They were not willing to do ANYTHING to remedy the situation. I refuse to pay $38 for a pair of shoes and get less than two weeks of wear time out of them. The company selling them should have offered something in regards to my wasted money. I have purchased from them previously with no issues, but don’t feel comfortable spending my money here any longer if they won’t make the situation right.Show lessCareyAnn29

JJ Rae has amazing clothes that are GREAT quality and awesome prices!! You should definitely download this app but you should also follow them on FB where you can watch LIVE videos of them trying the clothing on!
