  • Worst Boutique in the IS

    I’ve ordered here before and should have known not to, but NEVER again. On the third day I ordered the app didn’t give me my free shipping even though I had a hour to go so I contacted them, their reply was I had 2 accounts, no I don’t just the one then they come back and said well you have had 2 addresses, my reply was I moved but changed my address on the app in July and all I wanted was my free shipping I didn’t get so then they got rude and never gave me my shipping so now they have lost a great costumer where I will spend my money elsewhere and is the owner on Speed, she talks so fast I can’t understand her, so I do NOT recommend this so called Boutique

  • The best boutique FAST Shipping

    Not only do they have the best quality everything , the best customer service but their shipping is so FAST! I ordered on a Saturday and my order was shipped in 2 business days ! The best boutique!
  • Obnoxious and rude lives, migraine inducing

    Jolinda is unnaturally hyper during lives. There’s no possible way that something as simple as caffeine gives her that type of hyperactivity. She speaks so fast that you can barely understand the description of the items she is selling. Many of the customers questions are treated as interruptions and go unanswered and completely ignored during lives.Her poor partner,G I think is her name, is so sweet but she can hardly get a word in while Jolinda speaks over her and constantly tries to steal the show. Some Items are cute but overall the quality has gone down hill. I’ve received many items that do not fit as described and I am a very average sized person. There are soooo many more live boutiques online to shop from where your money is appreciated and your questions are answered with care and respect. Please don’t support this boutique. There are many others out there that deserve your business.

  • Love the clothes, dislike the attitudes, long shipping times

    Beautiful items but honestly I can find these at any number of boutiques. Jolinda has a huge attitude issue and doesn’t represent her company well. She is constantly defensive when customers ask for info if she’s already stated it, she completely skips some peoples questions (mine ALWAYS go unanswered), she is rude and acts like her customers are the issue and she sees everything from a negative pessimistic angle. It’s unflattering for her company. She needs to think about how she presents herself every day. I’d be embarrassed to go on a live, say I’m the owner, and act irritated by the people supporting my life style. I turn off the sound if I’m desperate enough to watch her live shows anymore. She’s said “well some people can’t do their job” when she’s on the live talking about her own staff!! She calls out people and literally stops a live to scold people. Oh and the shipping time stinks. You’ll wait 10 days to get a package…if you’re lucky. I’ve also never heard anyone be as disingenuous about what she actually “loves” in my life. She wears everything “everyday” and says it so much that you just don’t believe her. I hope she reads this and takes it to heart to make some alterations but I don’t think truthful feedback is something she’s open to. And please stop screaming in lives… you can talk normally. It works fine for everyone else. Jo needs to stop and think about what she’s wearing if she’s going to give sizing. Not everything is the standard and the way I’ve learned this is because I’ve watched G and Kel and they both stop to think and give accurate sizing.

  • Over priced and SNOTTY owner

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Girls! Do not spend your hard earned money at this over priced boutique. The owner is a pompous arrogant nasty person. She has items $10 plus over other boutique prices The 2 other live girls G is great but the other. She’s such a phoney. They do not care about customers at all. They block you if you don’t kiss there toosh. There is a FB group with proof. So pls skip this boutique. So many other better priced boutiques with absolutely amazing owners. I would give this less than 1 star but I’m forced to at least give it one.

  • Unfair Business Practices

    Very poor customer service. Their service department is rude. Their return policy is awful. They charge a restocking fee for returns and most clothes do not fit as described. I have seen the owner be incredibly immature and rude to customers on her lives and SEVERAL customers have complained. Her lives are painful to watch because she is sooo immature and annoying.

  • Fabulous Online Boutique

    Current , new , and up to date styles! There is new product added daily ! There is always something I want to buy daily. Express shipping is offered. When I have needed items expressed shipped . It arrived when the email said it would. Customer service has always been very prompt when I needed a question answered. I love the live video sales and the team that works at Walker Rose! The team at Walker Rose makes the sales very entertaining, fun, and full of laughs, Most important I receive many compliments when I wear clothing from Walker Rose . Walker Rose clothing helps to make me feel confident.

  • Going downhill with poor attitudes

    I started shopping this boutique about a year ago. The owner Jolinda was never rude during the lives. After a few months I noticed her being extremely defensive over small things people would say, crying when people would confront her on lives and being extremely rude when people asked when an employee meaghan left. I kept buying the clothes because they were so cute but time after time I see her being rude to customers and I just can’t support a business like this anymore. Several customers have addressed Jolindas attitude and its only met with her coworkers defending her and saying how sweet and caring she is. They dont think theres a problem with her attitude or the way she treats people at all. I think she needs to realize shes grown because of her CUSTOMERS and without them she wouldnt be able to buy all those luxury things or that new house shes designing. She should start being kinder to her customers because shes slowly loosing more and more.

    I love this boutique and will continue to shop here. Jolinda, the owner, is SO positive and always gives good vibes. Everyone is so friendly during lives and upbeat, literally I’d be besties with them all!! Shipping is pretty fast too! Customer service is great! #lovewr
