App works on local network but not over the cloud with virtual assistant. Looked everywhere for troubleshooting help but there’s very little on the subject. Updates seem to be nonexistent. I do see that the fireplace has showed up in my device list in the Alexa app days later after I linked and enabled it. But, the options don’t seem to work both with voice commands or toggling buttons on Alexa. I hope the developers update.Show lessDH!!!

Initially, I couldn’t get it to work … would not work for me. Days later I came back to it and it worked perfectly. just perfectly. Unbelievable. So simple and easy and it works wonderfully. Love it.thorn3686

There does not seem to be any Siri support or HomeKit support the app itself works fine I wish there was an option to automatically reset the seven day countdown timer that turns off the gas all the time or again if it had homekit support you could actually go in and just schedule thatisinned

Alexa option does not work
Great app works great with phone and easy to connect and use. Only part that didn’t work is Alexa. I did everything correct and register the max address and everything and it still doesn’t recognize the device.BG92555
