Needs work
Was looking for a breathing app to help also with stress. I found this one annoying because the long silent introduction is irritatingly long waiting for the voice to come on and actually made more stress.
I had chosen piano and wanted to change it as didn’t like it and couldn’t find a way to change this.
I think it needs more features like a visible sign of how long to breathe in and then out. Maybe a counter in one corner. I couldn’t sinc my breathing with the voice at all.
Having lived in Sweden I chose this app thinking it would be as fantastic as most good research there but really didn’t find this app attractive at all.
Just some feedback for the developers. I hope you improve and add more features.

Very very veryyyy Recommended I love this app so much!! Go to conscious breathing then go to rest and sleep!! I’ve been so stressed and couldn’t sleep and very time this app puts me to sleep. It’s even good for school if you can’t go to sleep early enough I promise you this app will help‼️

It’s good kinda
So it’s pretty much just a journal with dates of ur stress, but I was laughing so hard because the voice that is for breathing exercises is so funny😂

I’m getting into my freshman year of high school, so I’ve been going through a lot of stress relief apps, but this is the best one yet!
The “My Diary” part is really helpful, especially since you get to rate each day on a scale of how stressed you were. It helps because I get to look back and reflect and see if I’ve improved, and what I need to do to improve.
The Conscious Breathing is a little cheesy though. It’d be better if it was just the music instead of all those breath in, breath out parts. It seem like they’re trying to hard by saying things like “let the air move through you” and “let the oxygen flooooooooooow through your entire body”. It gets repetitive after a while and would definitely be better with just the music in the background.
Other than that, this is amazing!

I love it , so helpful
The app has 2 parts your diary and conscious breathing. The diary is basically a slot for each day that you write down how your day was. Then it says , stop and reflect. So that mean you move this cursor that has , clam, very clam , stressed , and very stressed. Then the breathing is very helpful. I feel very clam after a 15 minute session. I love this game and I hope that you do to!😃.
