Yes, in the begging when the app first came out, customer service was very important to the company. After spending quite a bit of money over the past few years, iv watched the prices and delivery times go up, and the service go down. I drove to the restaurant last night after they didn’t bring my correct order. Pointless!

Not worth it
Would love to support local but this is terrible. Waited almost an hour and a half for Taco Bell at 10pm. Half of our order was wrong/missing. Will be using doordash from now on. Ridiculous.
