Update?
This app was working decently until recently. I have been unable to make calls. It will ring once and then drop the call. The application on my computer was doing the same until I updated it but the app on my phone hasn’t had an update in years! When is the next update on this app for iPhone???
Needs an Update
This app needs to be updated for the new IOS update that just occurred. I had no issues with using this until the update. Please fix.
calls habitually drop and poor audio
The audio is really poor. Both of the desktop and iOS version produces lower quality sound. calls are habitually dropped, They drop before you even get to speak or introduced the company line. it will reduce productivity.

Worst App
Absolute worst app. It frequently tweaks out, doesn't let me click the menu (which basically means I can’t access the dial pad to make outgoing calls). App still makes my phone ring even though the line has been answered on the other end. I've deleted & re-downloaded this app at least 15 times in hopes of it working again, as I need it for work, and it continues to fail. PLEASE FIX YOUR ISSUES ASAP.

Getting worse?
Is it just me, or is this app just worse?
Have to delete and reinstall at least once a week because calls fail as soon as I try to make them. Voicemail screen just spins. Today, VM goes straight to dial pad. Incoming calls go straight to VM.

Call quality good but incoming calls not working
Works very well with exception for incoming calls everyone that calls my virtual number gets routed to voicemail I even tried it with another phone in the house and with good service no other apps open or calls coming in call sent to voicemail please fix. This seems to be the only thing that stopped working after update

Needs a bit of work
So the basic functionality is there. But here are the basic gripes I have after a few hours of use.
Could we fix the black on black text when searching the directory for users. I am pretty sure it’s typing something cause the curser moves but I can’t tell for sure.
How about integration with AD or a SAML provider like Okta? This is a much bigger deal than just mobile phones. Could we start with two factor authentication?
Can we extend the login lifetime so we can stay logged in longer than a few hours?
Seems some local contacts were created from previous phones or something. The contact’s numbers is filled under “phone” instead of “mobile phone”, “home phone”, “work phone”... turns out this app won’t display the phone numbers until you go to your contact and switch it to the right label. Kind of annoying.
The “Pull call” button is really cool but it doesn’t seem super responsive and may end up being clicked twice.
Noticed that the video option is available even if the receiving side can’t support it. This is a super minor one and not worth your primary efforts.
That’s all for now,
I super doubt any of this will be read by anyone but hey I thought I would try. 🙂
