Cannot enable auto pay.
I have been trying for half an hour to pay my bill and the app and website won’t let me.
Bring back online payment
Online payment has been disabled through the app for a while which makes it tricky to pay (I have to do it by phone since I am paperless and don’t get a physical invoice). Please fix!

App is terrible, kicks me out all the time, says incorrect password or username. Super annoying when trying to simply pay my bill!

Won’t allow me to set up my account
Doesn’t like my account number (straight off the bill), deletes all my entries when it dislikes any of them, doesn’t like an 8 character password with capitals, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters (and after all, if someone hacks my account, what can they do? Pay my bill? In short, I can’t use this app because I can’t set up my account. Send me the bills by e-mail like you used to. By the time I get the snail mail bills during the winter, they will already be three weeks overdue (Thanks USPS).
