  • Useless App from the beginning.

I could not sign in from the beginning- if it’s this hard to create a user account- it not worth using.
  • App doesn’t always work

App frequently down. App has some bugs that prevent entering info or viewing all tabs. Ability to message manager within app is limited. Ability to see info entered by management is limited. Has potential to be a good, helpful tool, but usability issues currently make it a hindrance.
  • Missing basic function

This app has potential but there is no cursor so it is not clear when you are typing in a field. Editing is even more difficult since you have to backspace through the whole field to make a change.

How could they miss this basic function?
