This app does not work . It doesn’t download or upload , just stays on tha white screen

My pictures and profile have been pending for a month now. Even my profile picture is pending. Missing certifications when I scan my card. Upload certificates and won’t let me set up my virtual card.
Disappointed
I though this would be a great app for its purpose. I’ve uploaded proof of completion of all my classes and they still haven’t been approved. It’s been over a month and waiting. SST requirement has been postponed to December in NYC so thank god I wasn’t counting on this app for proof.
