Don’t waste your time if you’re not from Argentina
Will not work without an Argentinian ID. Wasted an hour on this ridiculous app to find out I’m unable to use the service being from the US.

I would like to unlock more than one bike at a time, but when I try, it says the last trip isn’t finished for the bike I already unlocked. So now we are wasting time downloading the app on my husband’s phone also.

After an extensive registration process (why do they need my address in the USA?), I got an error about the server taking too long to answer and it lost all my registration details and sent me back to the start
Awful
Unusable app that took 15 minutes to sign up for because it kept crashing. Then spent 10 minutes trying to buy a tourist plan which apparently can’t go through because they want ID numbers in the CC section. Hello! I’m a tourist, what ID number exactly is it that you want? What a joke of a program for anyone that isn’t local.

Too Expensive for a Tourist
I am here for a month as a tourist. 4 weeks would cost 200k ARS for a tourist while for a resident with a DNI, it is only 10k. Most cities around the world have affordable prices. Santiago or Mexico City for example.

When I first arrived in Buenos Aires, I thought “I’ll sign up for these bikes and get around more quickly”
First problem I encountered was when using the QR code on the bike stores, it brings up an app that you sign up for, only to find out it doesn’t serve Buenos Aires 😠
Then looked up the app I actually needed ( this one ). Signed up as a tourist only to find it wouldn’t accept any foreign addresses even though it’s asking for one. Spent a while speaking with support via WhatsApp translated to/from Spanish. Got through the address part using my Hostel address then encountered the next problem on the payment part. Passport IDs et cetera wouldn’t be accepted and one doesn’t have a DNI even though you’ve chosen to sign up as a tourist!! Again Tried speaking with Support but didn’t get anything resolved.
Wasted around three hours collectively only to still not end up with an account or a bike!!
Better off looking at hiring elsewhere

Broken and Unreliable
After finally getting the app to work for me as a tourist, the app consistently failed to end rides which means you cannot start another. The support team reads your messages and does not respond. Save yourself the headache and use transit instead.

Imposible CANCELAR EL PAGO / UNA estafa
Estimados estoy esperando que me den de baja el servicio y es imposible lograrlo - x el app no hay forma- escribí y no tengo respuesta - me siento estafada. Se renueva automáticamente y no es cierto que pueda darlo de baja cuando quieras. Hay que escribir x Whats app y te dejan esperando eternamente. Mientras te cobran - una ESTAFA!
