Absolutely useless
I am currently on MS Nordkapp on the ships Wi-Fi and the app can’t find my ship. Deleted!Doesn’t work.
Travelling in MS Polarlys on the Coastal Express round trip Voyage. The App can’t find , I now see that the information says the App only supports the expedition cruises. Surely it cannot be difficult to set this up for the Costal Express?! Come on Hurtigruten, step into the C21st.
Luckily we can find out information by going to the Activity Centre, where the Expedition Team are very helpful.Show lessHurtigruten onboard APP

Worked really well first 2 days then nothing. Can’t even find the ship. Sorry but very poor!Started great then no connection
First two days on MS Maud were great, checking activities, menus and onboard account. Now it cannot even find the ship so no connection. Very poor.Developer Response
