Waste of time
Easy app to use, and understand there are certain elements of the training that are important and relevant (eg fire safety and health and safety etc.) but for the most part, this app was a waste of the companies money and resources and a waste of everyone involved’s time, they try to make it fun to use, but it just feels like a mockery that the staff for Marston’s are forced to complete it. Tips are threatened if it’s not completed but half of the content is not relevant to whatever area of a Marston’s pub you work in. Absolute waste of time.Show lessOman9595
