I’ve played this game for many years. There have been multiple issues with it. The most current one is with an event called Conquest. Your troops are supposed to go into your battlefield hospital and get completely revived after the event. This time, my troops got sent to my monument and only half of them went there, as it happens when troops go to monument. They sent a mail apologizing and gave revives for those in monument, but they still never restored the other half that I was never supposed to lose. So, they essentially just took troops out my town I trained and spent money on and have done nothing about it. They’ve done this to people before in various scenarios, and it honestly is ridiculous. When you spend time and money on entertainment, you expect fun, good results not continual errors and no positive solution for the player base. This game fails to deliver in that capacity on repeat.

Definitely a let down.
In the beginning, the game wasn’t really that bad. But as it progressed, the developers have forced players to pay to play. You have to be willing to spend extreme amounts of money in order to actually participate successfully in any kind of competition with other players. And the number of abusive personalities is disturbing. Certainly a magnet for some of the worst online personalities on the planet. While their is certainly an abundance of decent people who are fun to interact with, the equally abundant number of deplorable personalities is impossible to escape. Many of the games tasks and mini games are redundant and excessively boring, with meager awards that simply do not match with the level of effort required to achieve any meaningful level of success. If you want a game to kill time, with little to no expectations of anything more than killing time, then maybe this game will achieve a 3.5 star rating. But if you’re looking for a game for enduring levels of entertainment, this is definitely NOT worth the download.

Don’t download unless you have tens of thousands of dollars to spend if you want to even consider trying to play competitively.
This game used to be great until the developers decided to release countless updates where the only way you can get the new items is spending thousands.
People who play for free, or even people who spend money lightly on this game are at such a massive disadvantage compared to the players who spend thousands, it’s a joke.
Games like these are always Pay to win, however this game used to be more balanced in the past. Now? I do not recommend downloading this game unless you are okay with constantly using peace shields to prevent your town from getting attacked and everything wiped out in an instant. Which even then, you will need gold to buy peace shields so unless you’re in an alliance where other people spend money, you aren’t getting gold often for free.

If you don’t spend money you end up no where developer just looking for every possible way to make you pay for the game they will push you to spend money otherwise you won’t get a chance to play as others do .

Fun game , I enjoy playing it when I’m bored
If I could I would give zero
I have downloaded the game to try out taking advantage of the free three days trial window; I now want to delete my account and the form to fill in for the request (from the “Setting” page of the game) is asking me ridiculous thing, like the coordinates (???) of the town my account is located; in the row asking the State I cannot even type in letter, it takes only numbers (???)
So I have tried to message the ‘App assistance’ through the link provided in the App Store page and it takes me to a Fb page where, if you try to send a message via Messenger, it is not sent. An absolute fraud, and no customer service of any sort. I genuinely hope that I will manage to do not be charged.

Great game
I have only been playing this game for a few days (maybe 3 days at max) I will admit I only play this game at night to chill out too in bed or when I’m bored on my sofa. But when I do play this game I really enjoy playing it and it passes hours by without you even realising. This game reminds me of a game I used to play on PC called The Godfather: Five Families. Great job.

Scammed of a reward. I downloaded this game as I was offered a reward to do so once I achieved level 17. I exceeded level 17 and A, at level 33 now. I got nothing for my effort/work. It’s an enjoyable game, but ethics matters. Fix my reward: ✔️ I’ll change my review to 5-stars ✔️ I’ll be willing to put money into the game ✔️ I’ll keep playing and recommend the game to others Simple, isn’t it?
